We did what we did that night

Indeed, I'd really kill to know how things are gonna turn out because some unprecedented things coming your way might kill you first. Is there any way of knowing?

I'm really high on caffeine right now from khai's drink. Spent the night with the usuals and bestie at wheelock's starbucks, laughing and chilling. What's there not to love the long weekends before Tuesday when school starts? Ate, laughed way too much (there's no other way to justify this statement really), had pointless discussions on cheese which turned out really hilarious for the umpteen times we tried to explain how La Vache Qui Rit cheese looks like to Rauf, laughed at how "we did what we did that night" sounds totally wrong, played murderer paper game, "i have never", pictionary, seeing display of gorilla-like movements, and getting on khai's nerves in his brand new car.

Tonight, or rather this morning, aiman and me coined a combined name for Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass for their impossible love that everyone loves to see. Which is, BLUCK WALDASS. Cool or what?

It's 3 am now and I'm gonna be an early bird tomorrow to head to qeeny's to bake muffins yum yum! Nitey you night owls.

I'm driven to write this post precisely because I can't entirely ignore the nagging voice inside my head, telling me to use writing as a tool to not only express myself, but to reclaim my voice. It is such an insanely noisy world. The constant stream of information from different online platforms not only pull me from various directions, but it spreads my attention too thin that it is impossible to follow one stream of thought, sit on it for awhile, slowly reflect and if possible, articulate it. It is not

Information vs. Knowledge

“To know how to put what knowledge in which place is wisdom. Otherwise, knowledge without order and seeking it without discipline does lead to confusion and hence to injustice to one's self.” - Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas This week's key takeaway for me is that; knowledge requires knowing its proper order and place.  Everything else is just information.

Infinity

unbounded to any definitions or limits, existing but not adequately known. this entity, being constantly talked about, pulls like an unbeatable gravitational force. we are always approaching, almost touching, existing in tandem, still, not yet meeting Infinity the eventual meeting where there are no bounds
